Summary17117: "Send invitations" button does nothing after failed send invitations
Description

Click on button does nothing. See pic.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Enable tokens
  2. Create a token with valid email
  3. DISABLE email functionality of your server machine
  4. Click send invitations
  5. See error
  6. Clicking on "Send invitations" in topbar does nothing
