Summary15840: Using file manager causes wrong rights on directory
Description

When uploading a picture from the text editor, the directory for the survey is created correctly (0755). When you go straight to the file manager, the directory is created wrong (0750).

Steps To Reproduce

Make a new survey, go to the file manager, check rights.

How can I, from a fresh installation, see the bug following only these instructions?

Make a new survey, go to the file manager, check rights.

I should also upload something in the file manager, I assume?

No, just do what I said, but I shall give some more details.

  1. Make a new survey (may be a copy, but doesn't matter at all). Doesn't have to be a fresh install, just a fresh survey.
    /index.php/admin/survey/sa/newsurvey
  2. Just go to the file manager. At this point the directory will be created. You don't have to upload anything.
    /index.php/admin/filemanager?surveyid=[your ID]
  3. Check the rights in FTP or Putty. See my picture for the result.
    ls -l ./upload/surveys/

We reverted File Manager - we use what we have in LS3 now - feel free to check LS4.4.0 RC1
