Summary09387: after import matrix questions cannot be displayed
Description

after importing an external, self generated LSS file (not exported from an other limesurvey version) with included subquestions, the parent question cannot be displayed after click on "test this survey". the reason is, the default y-scale subquestions (SQ001) will not be created in the database.
After selecting the question and click on "modify subquestions" in the web fronted the line will be created and the question is able to be displayed in the preview.

I don't see a issue here since you did not properly create the .lss file, obviously? How is that a LimeSurvey bug?

isnt it possible that limesurvey automatically create this line if it is missing? maybe it is a feature like the intelligent replace of imported ids.

I am sorry, but generally no. We cannot count for every enventuality where someone lefts out a piece of information. However please attach the survey as lss file and I will have a quick look - it is unclear to me if you forget the subquestions at all.

sorry forget to name the subquestion:
all subquestions are assigned to a parent question. But the y-scale line is missing and this is the reason why the question can not be displayed. after editing the subquestions, the y-line will be created and the question is able to be displayed.
