Summary09374: German Umlauts are removed from email
Description

German Umlauts are removed when email is sent. Umlauts are still seen in the Email-Editor, but in the final email they are removed.

email config is set to iso-8859-1, if set to utf-8 "?" characters are shown (see attached screenshots)

We released a new version today - please update and try again.
Don't mess with the email config - utf-8 should always work.
