Summary09309: Error while copying a survey with matrix questions
Description

The update to Version 2.05+ Build 141003 gives the following error while copying:

When a user who isn't admin copies a survey containing a matrix, the subquestions and answer-options won't be copied and the page "admin/survey/sa/copy" stays empty (only white, there's no sourcecode and the apache error log stays emty, too)
The new survey exists anyhow, but in every matrix-question there are warnings because the subquestions are missing

Exporting/Importing does the same.
