Summary09202: Error: The table for active record class cannot be found in the database
Description

When trying to manipulate a survey (ie. adding a group) the error 'Internal Server Error: The table "{{tokens_165987}}" for active record class "Tokens_dynamic" cannot be found in the database.' is shown.

We have (at least) 15 Gb of free space. But if we made some more space, the error stops for a while.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Create a survey
2) Try to add a group to the survey
