Summary09138: Sending multiple invitations, reminders to the same token
Description

Multiple copies of an invitation to take part in a survey are sent to some participants, no copies at all are sent to some others.

Steps To Reproduce

Set number of emails to be sent to 50 (default)
Create a survey
Set closed mode
Go to Manage tokens
Upload large number of email adresses, generate tokens
Go to Show tokens
Set number of tokens on page to 100
Sort tokens by tokens
Set number of tokens on page to 500
Mark all
Send invitations/reminders using send/remind icon on the bar at the bottom of the screen
On the "warning page" notice that tokens with low id numbers receive duplicate inivitations/reminders

Why don't use global system on the menu ?
System by select is only for some token.

Here its' surely/maybe a long uri problem : we can not fix.
