Summary08986: Ranking questions do not convey order with array filter
Description

There is currently no way for a series of questions to retain the order given by a previous ranking question.

Normally, one would handle this sort of problem with an array filter, but that's insufficient when the answer order depends on the user (and is not fixed at survey creation time). It's not mysterious why the array filter doesn't work like this, but it's still unclear how one would get this functionality.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a survey.
  2. Add a ranking question (with answer options).
  3. Create a second question, with the same answer options.
  4. Set the array_filter of the second question, to point to the first question.
  5. Test the survey.
  6. No matter what order you put the items in the ranking question, they will always appear in the same order in the second question.

What we want is for the items in the second question, to show up in the same order that the user ranked them in the first question.
