Summary | 08919: Function to View participants of this survey in the central participant database panel not working as expected
Description | Categorised against tokens because that's where the issue was noticed but this could also have been categorised against Central Participant Database. See below for details.
Steps To Reproduce | When logged in as Admin Note that the resulting screen does not display any participants. Click Browser Back button to return to list of participants Now select all participants. Now click on the icon at for "View participants of this survey in the central participant database panel" Note that the resulting screen is also empty.
Additional Information | My expectation was that this function would open the central database and display the participants that were in my survey so that I could for example manage/ update attributes. That is my expectation but the intent is not clear and I cant test this as nothing is displayed:-) It is also unclear whether the function is intended to work for all participants or selected participants. This could be clarified by changing the tooltip for the icon to say "View selected participants...". And if no participants are selected then it would be good to have a popup to say no participants have been selected. Finally, there is the issue of no participants being displayed.

I cannot reproduce this isssue. Did you really copy these participants from the CPDB? Requirement for showing any users here is that these user have been transferred from the CPDB to the token table in the first place. Just having the same email address or being similar isn't enough. |
