Summary08568: Error on upgrade to 2.05+ Build 140116 - now screen layout is wrong
Description

I encountered an error when upgrading from a previous version of LS (not sure which — I think 2.00), and now my admin screen layout is very odd, with the question setting radio buttons for Option 'Other' and Mandatory split onto a second line at the left-hand side of the screen.

Also, I noticed that the survey setting "Show question index / allow jumping" is now defaulted to "Incremental" where I had it entirely disabled previously. Other than that, I haven't been able to tell yet whether the core functionality or user interface has been affected.

What kind of error did you encounter? Does the display bug also show up in other admin themes? Did you clear your browser cache after update?

Can confirm. I have the same problem in Build 140116. FF, clean browser cache.
gringegreen looks better but seems also not quite right (do not use it normally so I cannot really tell).

I can't reproduce that with the latest GIT version and I have fixed a few things in the last couple of weeks.

Can you please test with the latest GIT version or update after tomorrow's release and retest?
