Summary08441: Print answers and regsiter page don't have any script or CSS files
Description

If you set a survey with print answers to true : the user see the page but without any color or decoration.

Steps To Reproduce

Set a survey to print answers YES, go to survey and click the link : print your answers

Additional Information

Startpage is read, the App()->clientScript->registerScript and Yii::app()->getClientScript()->registerCssFile is done. But the last part from Yii is not done (Add the script and the css to the page).

Think (but don't test) it's the same with other class extends LSYii_Controller

Sammousa : can you take it ?
Think we have to use render somewhere, but before the template/endpage ? Adding dofooter don't fix the issue.

I will commit a quick fix, but I think sammousa can better fix it. Since the problem will surface in more areas. All due to incorrect view rendering.

(Got the fix from the controllers/survey/index.php)
