Summary08313: Unable to import template
Description

When trying to import a template into limesurvey 2.05RC3 nothing happens. You are taken to the screen where you select the zip file and then should be able to hit the upload button but it does not do anything. No error message is given that i can see.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to the template editor
select import template
choose the zip file
select upload

Additional Information

this issue is not present in 2.00+ (build 131009)
