Summary07832: Can not create questions in more than one language
Description

When creating questions in more than one language, the application shows an alert saying: The question can not be created in language en.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a Survey
  2. Add an additional language to the survey
  3. Add a question group in both languages
  4. Add a question in both languages
