Summary07623: The table for active record class "Answers" cannot be found in the database with Array type
Description

Second group with one array type crashes when testing survey.

Crash report: The table "{{answers}}" for active record class "Answers" cannot be found in the database.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create survey
  2. Two groups (3 in example)
  3. One Array type question in second group
  4. Test survey
  5. Crash on second group

I cannot reproduce this here at all.
Can you see if you can reproduce the problem on our demo installation and post a link? Maybe the table is really not in your database?

Could not reproduce after I updated files from bug fix in 07622.
