Summary07217: Internal Server Error on import of question group file
Description

I get an error when trying to import a newly exported .lsg file:

Internal Server Error
CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'sqid' cannot be null

An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.

Steps To Reproduce

Create new Survey (German informal)
import question group zurExposition_menu.lsg [attached]

Additional Information

I just exported this question group from a survey.
A very similar question group file [attached zurExposition.lsg] imports ok. I exported this one with a previous build of limesurvey.

If you compare the two .lsg-files, you'll see that the biggest difference is the position of the sqid line.
It seems the export function puts this line in the wrong position of the file?
