Summary06917: Token list not refreshing when deleting
Description

Deleting multiple tokens does not refresh the screen, therefore the tokens still appear even though they have been deleted.

Steps To Reproduce

Open a survey with multiple tokens, delete more than one at a time.

Update: This ONLY occurs when you select the top most check box (Select All) then delete.

I've noticed this also and for me it only seems to occur when deleting the last page of tokens ... if other pages exist then the list refreshes as expected.
