Description

Headers are shown, but no timing results for individual questions.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Navigate to survey with some results
  2. Navigate to "Response & Statistics"
  3. Click on "Get time statistics from these responses"

Checked the database in the dbo.limesurvey[survey number]_timings - there are columns without any rows. Timings are tuned on in the survey.

Checked this in MySQL version - seems to be okay. Microsoft SQL Server issue only.

Appears that the INSERT INTO for the row creation of the stat is failing at the MSSQL level with no reported error. Consequently, no update if no row appears.
