Summary06782: Welcome screen should be hidden, but appears on re-edit of questions for non 'all-in-one' survey
Description

On a survey set with no wellcome screen, the wellcome screen is shown when editing a completed answer.
This issue occurs on survey presentation formats below :

  • 'group by group' (default setting)
  • 'question by question'
    But not for 'all-in-one'.
Steps To Reproduce

1) Create a survey (tested in closed-access) and set

5) go to the survey administation general setting page, the 'presentation and navigation page' tab : change 'Format' to 'all-in-one'.
6) edit the completed answer again (go again to [http://example.com/limesurvey/index.php/[SID]/tk-[TOKEN]) --> the wellcome screen is not shown (works as designed).

Additional Information

This issue has to be fixed into the application\helpers\SurveyRuntimeHelper.php file, near to the Line 242 :
The display_first_page() function should not be called in such cases.
This bug has already been reported and fixed (http://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=6418) but the fix may need a review.

Please update to 121031. If you are already using 121030 then ComfortUpdate won't work - instead do a manual update.
