Summary | 06566: Resume later with token-based response persistence does not send an email
Description | I'm not sure if limesurvey used to do that or if that's something that I've added and lost when updgrading... So its either a bug or feature request. When answering close survey with tokens, the resume later should send an email to the user with the proper link to use in case he deleted the original email he got to answer the survey. Right now, he only gets a message with "Your responses have been saved" with no way to know how he should resume responding. The message should at least tell him that he can used the link he used in the first place. Otherwise, user get lost. I've added complained about that...
Steps To Reproduce | 1) Have a survey with 2) Start to answer that survey and click "Resume later".

The behaviour in general is intended and was modified to that in 1.91. But I understand that an additional hint is necessary here. |

Gautam can you take a look at this issue for 2.0 ? The behaviour in there does not match and it looks like you ported that part. |
Thanks for taking care of this issue! I think the email was a good option. Maybe you could let the survey admin or the admin decide how user are notified? |
gautam, any progress? |

Pull request: https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/pull/48 |
So, does that pull request resolve this issue, too? It's not clear from the description. |
Yes it does, though I'd suggest testing it because a lot of things were broken. |
Okay, thank you very much. |
