Summary06447: Refreshing a survey causes weird anomalies
Description

When refreshing a survey, the new survey renders with "There are no questions in this survey" rather than "There are ### questions in this survey."

Steps To Reproduce

Import the limesurvey2_sample_survey_english survey.
Go to the frontend and select the survey.
Once it renders you should see "There are 101 questions in this survey."
Refresh the page.
You should see There are no questions in this survey"

Additional Information

There may be additional differences caused by refreshing a survey. I think the best solution would be to take the all the html generated by a survey and do a comparison with a diff tool to the output after a refresh.
