Description

Substitute "does not exist" for "not exists" @ line 44 of dbconfig_view.php:

Better: "The installation will create a database with necessary permissions, if the database does not yet exist. In contrast, the installation will upgrade existing LimeSurvey tables, automatically."

Carsten: A couple of learning curve questions, if I may:

Does the database get updated on the first execution of the program, after the install process is completed?

On installation/testing of the 2RC series, I haven't noticed difficulties connecting to the DB for admin or executing surveys. From this, I had previously assumed a default LS2 install, into the ISPs' world with MySQL [or into a local XAMPP], did not need permission tweaking. Am I mistaken? If so it might be helpful to provide a URL under the 'permission' install phrasing, to the Wiki on that issue.
