This may seem like a silly question, but have you created tokens tables for any surveys? The system can only show surveys where a tokens table has been initialised - and you have to do this yourself before trying to add participants.

Yes I tried to initialise tokens table with inactive and active survey, but results is the same. :)

Can you confirm if you are also the owner of the survey, or if it is a survey you have permission to edit, but don't own? I can't replicate this on my test setup.

I found where the problem is. I created a survey with one user, and take ownership as admin. As a new owner I can not add participants from CPDB to token table.
Also, as a regular user with permission to use CPDB I can see participants added by other users.

Hi rovinj. Thanks for this, we may need to do better explanations on why surveys are or aren't visible.

I found the issue about seeing other token lists, and have fixed that (see issue 06402 for more details).

Keep up the bug reports! Reopen this if you think it isn't resolved, but I think it's done!
