Summary06366: Date/time questions unanswerable with dropdowns
Description

My question is setup as:

Type: Date/Time
Mandatory: Yes
Relevance equation: 1
Display dropdown boxes: Yes
Hide tip: Yes

This results in a question that cannot be answered (responses seem to be ignored).

I just upgraded from RC4 where this was a blocking issue to see if RC7 fixed it, but it didn't.

Steps To Reproduce

Set up a survey and include a question with these settings:

Type: Date/Time
Mandatory: Yes
Relevance equation: 1
Display dropdown boxes: Yes
Hide tip: Yes

Just wanted to confirm that setting "Display dropdown boxes" to No and using the funky date picker works as expected. So it's definitely the dropdowns that are causing the issue.
