06313: Files .po missing

Description

Dans la version : limesurvey192plus-build120704.zip, il manque les fichiers .po pour toutes les langues.

Je n'ai pas pu vérifier si les autres fichiers (.tar, .bz2) sont aussi concernés.

Steps To Reproduce

Ouvrir le fichier compressé et aller dans le répertoire :
limesurvey\locale\fr\LC_MESSAGES

I don't check other files like .tar or bz2 on the download page. To reproduce : open download file limesurvey192plus-build120704.zip and go to limesurvey\locale\fr\LC_MESSAGES Sorry for the french... my first post :)
