Summary	06252: English Warning Message though German Language set
Description	This bug appears, when using a multiple choice mandatory question. The question does also have an "Others"-Option. The language set for the user is German (however there ist the option to switch to English). When you choose the "Others"-Option and do not write anything into the input field, and try to submit you get a warning: "You've marked the "other" field for question "xyz". Please also fill in the accompanying "other comment" field." Even though the language set ist German this message appears in English.
