Summary06111: No english translation in survey pages
Description

After last update to limesurvey 1.92+ Build 120516 survey message are not displaying in english language.
No text on next and previous buttons, empty warning messages and alerts (e.g. missed mandatory answers). Also mandatory asterisk is not displaying.
This happens with all templates and only for english language.
