Summary05919: Bad SQL syntax in file upgrade-mssqlnative.php
Description

I am using LimeSurvey 1.91 with a MS SQL Server 2008 R2. During update to LimeSurvey 1.92, the database cannot be upgraded. I receive a number of error messages from SQL server.

Steps To Reproduce

Upgrade from 1.91 to 1.92.

05913 includes a new create-mssqlnative.sql file. However, there is no new upgrade-mssqlnative.php. The upgrade-mssqlnative.php in 1.92+ contains a lot of MySQL code like AUTO_INCREMENT instead of IDENTIDY (1,1) and int(20) instead of integer.
