Summary05870: Errors in auto-translation are not reported
Description

There are two common problems:
(1) The "processing" icon turns off long before the translations are completed. Fields can continue to update for up to a minute after the processing icon stops its motion.

(2) Translation to some languages does not work at all. Romance languages seem OK (e.g. French, German), but attempts to automatically translate to Hebrew and Simplified Chinese failed without showing any error messages (or generating any translations). However, using the Google Translate website worked fine for those languages.
