Summary05844: Validation message should not be shown when using resume later function
Description

When user saves its progress, it could be confusing to see all those red messages for answers he didn't put in. Despite the success message (that he may not have read), seeing those red messages lets him with a doubt about whether or not saving actually worked. It is even worst if the let the pop-up show since you'll get 2 pop-up after clicking on Resume later.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Create a survey with mandatory questions
2) Set it to NOT be anonymous, set "participant my resume later" to yes and "Enable token-based response persistence? " to yes
3) Activate the survey
4) Generate a token
5) Start filling out the survey. Let some mandatory questions blank
6) Click on Resume later

I can reproduce the problem and the current work flow and the error messages are really confusing.
Furthermore, if emails are not configured properly, there is another irritating message, telling the user to write down username/password. BUT: he hasn't even been able to enter it because of the first mandatory pop up -> see attached screen shot.
