Summary05700: Cannot switch language to German-Informal
Description

I can't use the language switcher to switch from any language to German-informal. The page remains English and the question disappears.

Switching to any other lang works fine.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Load the attached survey

2) Start the survey in English

3) In the first group, switch to German-Informal
