Summary05661: Survey without welcome page cannot show first question group/page correctly
Description

I think there is a problem with the Expression Manager and survey that don't have a welcome page. I tried it with two test surveys, one old customer feedback survey and even the Sample LimeSurvey for 1.92+ .
If your survey doesn't have a welcome page no questions will be shown on the first page, just a few notices and an error in a foreach loop (see screenshot 1). If I click "next" everything seems to work fine, now the first page/group of the survey is shown correctly (see Screenshot 2).

Steps To Reproduce
  • Import a survey
  • Set "Show welcome screen?" to "No"
  • Test the survey

Thankfully adding a Welcome screen is an easy work-around for now. I'll work on a solution.
