Summary05650: Wrong language in e-mail notification for new forum posts
Description

The language used in the e-mail notification for a new forum post seems to be sent in the language the user choose when visiting the forum. So if (for example) Shnoulle posts in an englisch thread and has selected French as language I'll get an e-mail in French.

It would be better if the e-mail notification will be sent in english or you can select which language should be used in the e-mail notification.
