Summary05637: Display conditions and validation rules in printable survey and data entry views
Description

Conditions no longer appear in printable survey. This is largely because relevance equations can be much more complex than the older conditions engine could support.

Additional Information

Solution:

Instead of showing conditions, use LimeExpressionManager::GetQuestionStatus(gid) to show mandatory, validation and relevance tips.
Ensure that LimeExpressionManager:ValidateSurvey() is called after submission of Data Entry screen
*Consider recommending using All-in-one survey mode for data entry (since it does enforce the mandatory, relevance, and validation rules.
