Summary05620: change order of questions
Description

Not possible to move the last question up by hitting the up arrow. I had other problems changing question order as well but this is the one I remember at the time.

I'd prefer to have some ajax feel here as is impelmented when moving sub questions around.

I cannot reproduce the problem in FF or Chrome. All arrows behave as expected.

Are there any javaScript errors on the page?
