If you try to set values when running the 1.92 installer, they are not saved, so you still have the default password of "password"

@TMSWhite: What is the 1.92 installer? Is this CI code or still the older variant? I'm asking because it might be related to shared code, please let me know.

It was the 1.92 installer - using whatever the newest release was as of the date/time I submitted the issue. I dropped the tables in the database and started f rom scratch using the 1.92 installer.

I updated the trunk now. It contains a FIX for MySQL. In any case, if that step fails, you'll see an error message with the SQL description given why creating the default user did fail. Please test.

Erroneous default user creation via SQL definition files fixed in 10919 for all database server types.
