Summary05357: Assessment Rules Lost on Import
Description

When importing a survey from a limesurvey export file, it appears that the assessment rules are not imported.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a survey with assessments enabled and some assesment rules defined
  2. Export the survey as a limesurvey export.
  3. On a different limesurvey instance, import the survey.
  4. The assessment rules are not present.

Apologies for not supplying a sample survey sooner - I now have a simple repro case which I will try and attach to this issue.

Attached survey has one question (radio buttons) to which the answers are scored, and two assessment rules. When I import the survey the assessment rules don't appear to be there.
