it seems, that the single select question cause the problem..

How did you set answer "1" of question q3 ? Have you copy/pasted from Word or any other external application ?
This answer contains an invisible char that breaks the code. See on line 22 of your survey .lss file and delete the strange "square" chararcter ending your answer and this will fix the bug.

I copy and past the answers from a word document. The answers were written in a table.. I used the "fast add function".

I'm wondering how this happens - I did this a few times before without problems...

It is an UTF-8 character called 'line separator' UTF-2028.

I have just run into this problem but have already added in a lot more than 4 questions with conditions.
I have upgraded Limesurvey to the latest version (1.91+ build 10604) but no luck.

I have an urgent surey to complete and I only need to add in a couple more conditions!

I can't add the survey here but I can email you it direct. I can still add conditions in earlier questions but I have found a particular question in my survey that won't accept them. This is not the question I was interested in though. It's a boilerplate question and I tried removing the text in case there was some Word characters messing it up but nothing I do seems to make it want to accept conditions.

I am having the same problem. However, I've searched the code and I see no invisible symbols. Can someone please help me?

The survey you've sent by email and attached in the ticket 05366, has a lot of invisible symbols: you certainly have copy/pasted question/answer texts from Word or any other equivalent external application and this has added such symbols.

Please try the latest stable_plus release which fixes the issue and report back.
