Summary05138: 'Completed' status value recorded 'No' when edit a anwser
Description

On the browse answers page, the first time I edit a answer, the 'completed' status is recorded 'No', even if the drop-down list is let on 'Yes'.
The second time I edit the same answer, I must set the drop-down list from 'No' to 'Yes' and the status is correctly recorded.
