Description

There are two instances where I consistently have gotten and undefined index error message.

Steps To Reproduce

While "testing" a survey with two groups, I moved from the 2nd to the 1st group (pressing PREV) and then immediately pressed NEXT to go back to the 2nd group. This error was displayed at the top of the window: Notice: Undefined index: category_separator in E:{path}\limesurvey\qanda.php on line 2037

Whenever changing a label (involving adding a new row - deleting a row does not return this error) within a question, the following error is displayed at the top of the window: Notice: Undefined index: oldcode_5_0 in E:{path}\limesurvey\admin\database.php on line 855

The action taken is not affected, it works but the error is displayed.

Can't reproduce the first issue. Works fine here. This looks like an installation that wasn't completely updated. Maybe you can attach the affected survey.

The 2nd issue may be caused by changing the answer options on a ranking question (which is possible due to a bug).

Please don't report several errors in the same bug report.

1) I tried to reproduce just now and couldn't. It did repeat last night each time but I'm not sure why it is different now. This was a fresh install within the last two weeks.

Changing of answer options on a ranking question is fixed in 1.91
