Summary05119: Automatic translation of survey questions to/from norwegian fails ("unsupported languages")
Description

When trying to automatically translate questions to/from norwegian, I get an error message. If, however, I comment out line 298 in /admin/classes/gtranslate/GTranslate.php, everything works as expected..

We are currently discussing if this is worth fixing as Google intends to discontinue all translation services by the end of this year.
We are opting for an open alternative now.
