Summary04933: invalid token when it's not
Description

I initialized the tokens and I get a message of not valid toked when I take the survey, both if I do the public registration and I do email invitation.

I can login the survey, see the welcome screen, the first question, but when I click on next I get the message:

This is a closed-access survey, so you must supply a valid token. Please contact the administrator for assistance. The token you have provided is either not valid, or has already been used.

Please add a simple sample survey we can use to reproduce the problem and describe step-by-step how to reproduce this issue.
