Summary04921: INSERTANS fields not correctly replaced at import and copy survey
Description

When trying to imprt an exported survey or when copying an existing survey, the INSERTANS fields to display previous answers are not replaced correctly (not replaced at all). Neither survey nor group- or question-ID are replaced.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Import the attached survey and check if it is set to question-by-question mode.
  2. Activate and run it.
  3. On the third screen the placeholders (name and gender) are not shown correctly
