Summary04888: Can't activate survey
Description

I cannot activate surveys using a clean install of 1.91RC2 (SVN - svnroot/limesurvey/source/limesurvey, version 9706).

I get a database error:

Database error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'NOTNULL NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, PRIMARY KEY (I) )ENGINE=myISAM' at line 2

Steps To Reproduce

Create a simple one-question survey and try to activate.

Additional Information

Everything worked fine until updating in the last few days (I dunno exactly when I last activated a survey on this platform).
