Summary04832: Question type selector are too heavy in some computer
Description

Hello,

I see the new question selector, it's great for debutant but i think it can be too heavy for:

  • Some computer (Lime my Athlon 1700 / 512 Mo)
  • Some user who know LimeSurvey
  • Some low screen computer
    I think we can :
  • Add a height of 15em (it's good on my 1024/800px)
  • Offer a possibility to deactivate some option in user preference (add a sql column with 2 option actually : complete/simple): this option activate or not some javascript.

(without javascript, it's very very quick ..)

Steps To Reproduce

Go to admin page with a low performance computer, an a low screen computer and try to select a question type.

Maybe we can use the same option than for "HTML editor mode".

Change the sentence for "HTML editor mode" to "Admin style/option" : Full,Normal,Simple.

Full: HTML editor + JS selector
Normal : popup editor + no JS selector
Simple : ...

I send a patch to do this, and if it's OK, i send it to 1.91.

Add a funtion to get Javascript Option, use this function to body class to activate or not some javascript.

Use this possibility for template editor too. (html editor :none).

Todo : change the langage string ?
I don't know if we change it, or if we add some information.
