04810: End URL in overview should open in new browser tab or window

Description

I created a new survey with an end url.
Afterwards I clicked in the overview on the end url link.
The end url link opened in the same browser tab.
On the landing page I clicked the browser back button to go back to the LimeSurvey administration site. By this action the data was sent again and the survey was created again.

Therefore I suggest to open the end url in a new browser window or browser tab and not in the same tab/window.

I will donate to the project if issue is resolved within 48 hrs

I just ment, that the end URL should be opened in a new browser tab or window, if clicked inside the survey overview inside the limesurvey administration page - nothing more.
