Summary04770: Problem with quick-translation
Description

A JavaScript message pops up which cannot be removed - when I click OK, it shows again and again. Also the progress bar next to the "Auto translate" button doesn't stop loading.

Steps To Reproduce

From admin.php->List surveys->click on "en-de test survey Multilang" survey->Quick-translation->"Answer options" tab->click on "Auto translate"

The script was sending too many requests per second and Google was freaking out over it. A buffering system will be in place which will limit the requests to 1 request per 550 ms.
