Summary04742: Copying answers to multiple option question types stops working with more than 3 or 4 languages (including base language)
Description

When wanting to copy a multiple option question, the subquestions do not get copied if the number of languages is more than 3/4 including base language.

Steps To Reproduce

1- import the attached survey
2- copy question 1 by using the copy question icon. You will notice that the subquestions were copied.
2- add bulgarian language
3- try to copy question 1 by using the copy question icon
4- you'll notice that subquestions did not get copied.

If the above procedure does work, then, try to add a 4th language / a 5th language and repeat the above steps. At some point, the subquestions do not get copied.
