04728: Quota rule on first question will cause that the whole record of respondent is not saved

Description

If the first question is triggering a quota rule to screen respondent out nothing is saved about the respondent.

This behaviour is reproducable. It is not related to certain survey settings.

To know

Nothing is saved if the following settings are set:

This survey is NOT anonymous.
It is presented group by group.
Responses will be date stamped
IP addresses will be logged
Referer-URL will be saved

(13497) jelo (reporter) 2010-11-10 18:48 edited on: 2010-11-11 11:55	I have tried to create a demo survey on a fresh 1.90+ build 9459. But I cannot reproduce the issue there. Perhaps the issue is related to upgraded installation with problems in the database structure. Perhaps holch can provide a old demo survey. He might had the same issue reproduce-able. I will try to provide something if I can reproduce it again.
