Summary04720: Impossible to add a language to a survey with mssqlnative driver
Description

Adding a language to a survey using the odbc_mssql driver works correctly.

Doing the exact same operation with the mssqlnative driver does not add the language to the survey.

Steps To Reproduce

Use databasetype = mssqlnative and try to add a language to the survey.
After hitting "save and continue", the language tab has not appeared and the list of languages in the survey has not changed.

Additional Information

This works correctly using the odbc_mssql driver.
