Summary04690: SQL server - Multiple options with comments - Comment field of 5 characters max.
Description

Hello,
On SQL server, the comment fields of a Multiple options with comments question get a type varchar(5) in the database, which makes it too short to add a comment really.
The impact is errors occurring at survey runtime when inserting comment is greater than 5 characters.

Steps To Reproduce

1- Run the attached survey on Lime on SQL server
2- Try entering a comment greater than 5 characters and the error message appears.
